What do you enjoy about the Staffing and Recruiting industry? After nearly 40 years in staffing and recruiting with Emerald, what I enjoy the most is being that helping hand. To help the job seeker land their perfect career and our corporate clients to build meaningful and productive teams.

It is pizza time… What kind of pizza do you order? Straight up – Pepperoni with olive oil base with thin crust. This way I can eat more!

What are your favorite dancing shoes? Flip Flops!
Your spirit animal is? According to our friends at Google, my spirit animal is a deer. I am going against the research, and I am definitely an otter. Little known fact, the otter is the golden retriever of the sea.
What do you enjoy about the Staffing and Recruiting industry? Staffing keeps me on my toes! It is a very fast paced, ever changing job, where I’m constantly switching gears and having to come up with solutions to everyday staffing problems, whether it’s helping a client find that right candidate, or assisting a candidate in prepping for a big interview. Not one day is the same. It’s somewhat of an adrenaline rush, and I feed off that.
Share your favorite hang-out spot in Oregon? That’s tough, but I love Mount Tabor.
It is pizza time… What kind of pizza do you order? It’s got to be Meat lovers!
Your not-so-secret hobby is? DIY crafts and home improvement projects. I’d rather build the furniture for my home than buy it.
What is your go-to karaoke song? Ironic by Alanis Morissette, and the runner up is Superstition by Stevie Wonder.

What do you enjoy about the Staffing and Recruiting industry? I love developing long lasting relationships with our local clients and candidates. Finding a great employee or a new career can be stressful, our dedicated team of recruiters and support staff work hard to streamline the process.
