WEEKLY DIRECT DEPOSIT
You may enroll in our Direct Deposit Program. If weekly timecards are turned in by Sunday at midnight, then your weekly pay is directly deposited into your selected checking or savings account and is available on Friday in accordance with your banks’ policy.
Emerald, as the “employer of record” will assume the role of benefit administrator, processing eligible staff through the Kaiser Enrollment protocols. The Kaiser plan we offer does meet all Federal Minimum Standards of Service.
ACCRUED SICK TIME
Accrued Sick Pay is offered to all Emerald employees. It’s available for use upon 90 calendar days of employment to be used following the guidelines of the Oregon Paid Sick Leave Act – See our Employee Handbook for details.
We facilitate in the OregonSaves state retirement program, which allows employees to “Opt-In” and contribute to a RothIRA.
