JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In this full-time role, you will be committed to providing premier client services while performing a wide variety of assignments. To be the best fit, this elite group of professionals in looking for a like-minded professional who has a positive attitude, takes ownership of responsibilities, has a keen eye for specific details, and most of all – has a transcendent ability to communicate with all levels of people. It shouldn’t matter if you are communicating with staff, partners, or clients, it is required that you have great interpersonal skills. The schedule for this role is Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with some overtime hour requirements.

As the Office Assistant your job duties are, but not limited to; managing space reservations, act as the point of contact for facilities related to issues & provide on-site IT support, provide support for client deliverables as needed, act as point of contact for facilities related requests, acquire hotel office/workspace/conference rooms for seminars (including room set-up & breakdown), scan tax document, learn the new SurePrep system, assist in other projects & responsibilities as assigned, and manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload to meet deadlines. This role may require some overtime hours and the ability to travel as needed (approximately 5% of the role).

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

To qualify for this role, you will need to have a High School Diploma (or GED), minimum of 1-year related experience, proven commitment to provide exceptional client services, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint), and an ability to follow-up and address issues in a timely and prompt manner.

The compensation salary for this full-time role is between $18.00 – $20.00 per hour.
